The service
Kabar lets you write newsletters, keep a list of subscribers, send issues from your own domain and publish them on the web. Kabar is run by Meta Solusi Digital.
Your list
You may only email people who asked to get your newsletter. Bought, rented, scraped or shared lists are not allowed. Every email has a working unsubscribe link and your postal address, and you honor unsubscribes at once. You follow the anti-spam laws that apply to you and your readers, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL and the GDPR.
What we may stop
To protect deliverability for every customer, Kabar can pause sending, refuse an import or close a workspace when bounces, complaints or the content show abuse. New workspaces send limited amounts until a person reviews them.
Your content
You own your newsletters and your list. You give Kabar the rights it needs to store, send and publish them for you. You can export your contacts at any time.
Plans and limits
Each plan has a number of subscribers and emails a month. When you reach a limit, sending stops until the next month or until you change plans.
No guarantee
Kabar is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your emails delivered, but inbox providers decide what reaches the inbox. To the extent the law allows, Kabar's liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.
